A luxurious hotel, Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel, located in Rosemont/Chicago, is just ten minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport. There is a free shuttle from this airport to the hotel, which is available every 15 minutes around the clock, both domestic and international (international please call the hotel). Requests for cancellation for CE-program-related items must be received by April 15, 2019 (a $49 cancellation fee will apply); cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Refunds will be sent by June 30, 2019.

For parents and grandparents who need to hear information to help their children and grandchildren but who are experiencing financial hardship, we still want family members/caregivers to hear the information and experience the great networking with other parents and professionals to help your children and families; so please contact us at tarranga@autismone.org for a basic registration scholarship good for all general session lectures.
No audio recording, video recording, photography, or interviewing is permitted without advance written permission from AutismOne staff and an AutismOne press pass. Press passes for the 2019 event should be requested no later than January 31, 2019. In order for the press pass request to be considered, provide a letter of request from the media outlet, six previous professionally published work samples relevant to the topic to be covered, how the information is to be documented (e.g., taking notes, interviews, video recording, audio recording, photography) and specific details on how and where the material will be utilized.
We reserve the right not to register any individual based on our own judgment. We further reserve the right to ask any person to leave the conference if that person's conduct may interfere with the participation of others. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, creed, religion, gender, political party, or sexual orientation.
